Roofing — Replacement & Repair
Full tear-offs, re-roofs, new construction installs, and targeted repairs. Architectural and designer shingle profiles — CertainTeed Grand Manor, Belmont, Carriage and Presidential, or equivalent — plus metal shingles, hidden-fastener standing seam, and exposed-fastener panels including Tuff-Rib, R-Panel, Apex and V-Panel. Composite slate, shake and tile for specialty work, and flat or low-slope commercial in TPO, EPDM and modified bitumen. Every job opens with a drone-documented inspection of decking, flashing, valleys and ventilation, then a line-item scope you can actually read. Storm damage documented and scoped, with the report in your hands before you call it in.
Gutters
Custom 6″ K-style aluminum, field-extruded on site so the run is seamless end to end, sized and pitched for the roof it’s hanging on. Leaf screen guard systems available on any install. Correct drainage keeps water out of your fascia, your foundation, and your crawlspace — most of the rot we tear out started as a gutter problem.
Fascia
Full replacement, custom installs, and structural repair in wood or wrapped aluminum. The board your gutters mount to takes the worst of the weather, so we straighten the edge line and give the gutter something solid to hold onto.
Siding
Vinyl, insulated vinyl, James Hardie fiber cement, composites, and heavy-gauge aluminum — in Dutch-lap, board-and-batten, or shake. Installed over a properly prepped wall, with the time spent on trim details and clean terminations.
Soffit
Full replacement, custom installs, and structural wood or metal repair. Vented soffit lets the attic breathe — without intake airflow you cook shingles from underneath and shorten the life of a brand new roof, so we check it on every job whether you asked us to or not.
Decks & Porches
Covered porches, deck builds, and rebuilds — taken case by case. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll come look at it. If it falls outside what we do well, we’ll tell you that instead of guessing.
